I opened my window a little this morning to let the cold air in, and for a moment, you could see snow sparkling down, reflecting the light, like a million tiny prisms. Later, while I was sitting in the box office, the clouds were moving very quickly, and the sun was just behind them. Every few seconds there would be another ray of light beaming down, collecting in pools up in the clouds, a beautiful symphony of light. I don’t think I have ever seen anything so beautiful as snow.

I’ve replaced the to-do list with my real life diary titles. That to-do list didn’t help me, and I wanted to put these up anyway. They’re taken from my actual diary, that I write every day in. Just the titles, though. They’re more for my use than yours, but feel free to enjoy them. Some of them are stupid, some of them are witty. I really don’t care if you think one way or the other. 🙂 I’m off to study.

Well, this date with Doug went really well. I’m actually very happy about the way things turned out. 🙂 For more details, read the other diary.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about which career path to take, and I’ve only come to one conclusion: I’m completely lost. I really have no earthly idea what to do. I don’t know whether to stick with chemistry, or change to physics, or what. For a split second I thought about being an english major. I just have no clue… so I’ll just sit here, and do the best in the classes I have now, and cross that bridge when I come to it. *sigh*

Roswell was very good, the storyline was great. The special FX weren’t exactly award-winning but they were alright. I can’t believe I have to wait until April to see the next one. At least they didn’t leave a cliffhanger. That would’ve sucked. Buffy was excellent. They’re doing wonderfully at UPN. 🙂

    :p

I cannot believe or even begin to understand the turn of events that has happened lately. It’s so odd how you think life will go and how it actually goes. Just when I thought that winter would be here forever… spring comes. And it’s a beautiful spring. Of course I’m speaking metaphorically. I just can’t believe it. These things that are unfolding right in front of me are things that I didn’t believe were possible anymore. I didn’t have that much hope left. And tonight… well, tonight’s the kicker. We’ll see what happens.

There’s only one problem. Well, it’s kind of a big problem. And there’s only one way to fix it, and that’s to hurt someone: what I despise doing more than anything else in the world. But that season has passed, and I’m moving on. So… sometimes this is just the way it has to be.

By the way, if you would like this journal entry without all the metaphors, read my other journal. If you know the address… HAHAHA!!! *ahem* Sorry.

It is like a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I have never felt so lucky and grateful to God.

I went to court tonight to see about my citation. I was so extremely nervous!! I needed to cry and/or throw up and I think the only reason I didn’t is because I couldn’t decide which I needed to do more. There were a LOT of people, which partly helped and partly didn’t. I was almost last which was very helpful. I was more bored than scared by the time he got to me.

“LS… you are charged with no insurance. How do you plead?”
Me. Very timidly and stumbling to get to the front: “N-no contest, your honor.”
Judge: “Well… have you gotten insurance?”
    And my mom steps in.

I feel like such a loser for having my mom with me. I’m 19 years old for jeez sakes. But I think she really helped. She proceeded to tell a long sob story about our insurance, and ended with the speech that sounds vaguely like a resume, about how I’m an honor student and I got this big scholarship to NSU, and how wonderful I was. The whole time I’m nudging her arm, yeah… like that’ll get her to stop. I think it just egged her on more. My face HAD to have turned 15 shades of red. The judge even leaned towards me and whispered: “Are you embarrassed?” I, in the same timid “deer caught in headlights” voice: “Yes.”

And then I heard the magic words: “Dismissed with no cost.”

I can finally get back to life again.

Hi everyone! It’s such a beautiful day. I love it. I think I might have that seasonal depression thing, because whenever the sun is out I just can’t help feeling happy, no matter what’s going on.

I started designing the theater website, but it’s not uploaded yet. I do have a little preview on my site, go look! Remember it’s not finished, I think the only link that works is Movie Listings. But you can still get the idea.

I’ve made a new online journal. This one’s more secretive and very in depth, so if you want the address, you have to e-mail me for it. And please don’t be offended if I don’t give it to you, that doesn’t mean I don’t like you, or I’m talking bad about you, it just means there are things in the journal that I may not want you to know. Geez, that sounds just as bad. Oh, well, just know that it’s not, because I say so.

Yeah, that’s all I have to say, except Melly’s little bean is soo adorable. Good job Melly!!

    Thank goodness!

I found this synopsis in my Roswell club for Chant Down Babylon (Feb. 26th):
“We learn that Max really isn’t dead but that his spirit has been absorbed into Clayton’s body as a result of Max’s healing in the previous episode – more than that, Clayton now looks like Max but he’s dueling to keep Max’s spirit from taking over. Believing that ridding Liz’s presence within his mind will help free him, Clayton (who looks like Max now) goes to Vermont to find and kill Liz. Meanwhile, Liz and Maria learn of Max’s death and are in a state of mourning. When Clayton/Max shows, Liz eventually comes to believe she must kill this Max/Clayton person, and in her play to do so, she actually brings Max back to life, killing Clayton in the process. Meanwhile, Isabel is fatally wounded in the fight to save Max at the lab, and in Michael and Jesse’s efforts to save her, Jesse is told the truth about her alien identity.”
