Life is slightly better because I have a new perspective on things. I think it’s because I’ve created a plan to make me happy. Well, actually I just picked the direction I want to go. I prayed for direction, I got it the very same day, in the form of a speaker at the prayer meeting I went to. He was talking about the universe as a whole, and it hit me: I want to be an astronomer. It’s what I’ve always thought of ever since I was little. People always say that. “I knew what I wanted to do since the age of 7 or so.” But I never thought I knew. Until I realized I always looked up at the night sky and wondered what was out there. I had just always put it out of my head because no college around here offers it, and my mom always said that would be a horrible choice because of the bad pay. But I don’t care. I love it, and that’s what I’m going to do. Obviously, NSU doesn’t have an astronomy major, so I’m going to finish the Chemistry and minor in Environmental Science, and then go to OU. 🙂 I’m excited.
Hmm… maybe I could work for NASA someday. I still want to do that FBI Internship though. That would be awesome. We’ll see how it pans out.
Yay easy taxes with TeleFile. Let’s just hope they come before I have to pay that nice citation. Yech.
