Speaking of Japan, I was in Shayna’s mom’s store (which is closing… tear but everything’s half off so go buy something) and the twins, Misty and Melody, came in. I asked them if they had applied for the Kyoto trip and they said they didn’t. They take Japanese at TCC and they said they were sure that the people in class 4 or more advanced would have a better chance. This makes me kind of nervous because I only know basic conversational Japanese. But it doesn’t hurt to apply, I guess. And regardless, I’m getting to Japan someday.
I’m just so dang excited about going to school for it!!! Ack!! hyperventilates
Bryan’s 21st birthday was Saturday, so the legal drinkers went to the Wild Cowboy (which completely sucks, don’t go there). Alesha got tipsy, I had a yummy Sprite, although I did have a few drinks of Alesha’s Sea Breeze’s, they are absolutely yummy. We got hit on quite a bit, there was one guy that sat down with us after the boys went home (party poopers) who basically told us several times that he was in the army and that 5 of his friends were killed in Iraq. Then when we left he acted really hurt because I wouldn’t spend the night with him. “But I ship out in 3 days!” I’m… sorry?
Bars are retarded. Funny, but retarded. Hanging out at Bryan’s after was… quite interesting, though.
This is such a lazy day. Last one for me in a while. Tomorrow I start my job at Blockbuster, and from there straight to Carmike. And it’s going to be like that for the rest of the week and probably forever after. But I figure it’s the best plan: make lots of money and don’t have any time to spend it needlessly.
I’m downloading Red vs. Blue episodes, FINALLY. It’s taking forever though. Crappy DSL. Ja ne.
I just realized, as I finish off a package of Pocky with a pooched out belly from slouching, that right now is the perfect opportunity to go to the gym. When someone doesn’t remind me, I totally forget. Egads. I wonder if I can even still run.
